I saw Montel Williams on CNN the other morning, raging against the government's ban on medicinal marijuana. I'm always interested in the use of specious and usually impertinent statistical data as a means of proving a point, so my ears pricked up when I heard Montel declare that 74% of Americans want their loved ones to have access to any pain-relief their doctor can provide. Which just made me wonder what kind of bastards the other 26% must be.
