Years ago, there was a commercial in which illiterate adults discussed their experiences as illiterate adults and how much better their lives had become since taking steps to learn how to read. The narrator then told the audience that, if they were in a similar situation and wanted help, they should look in the Yellow Pages under "Learn." I always found that really mean.
