Look, I like TV-related jargon as much as the next fantasy-outlet junkie, but I think we all need to stop trying to make the phrase "Jump(ed) the shark" work. It's not catchy; those who use it rarely understand the reference; and the situation to which this term is applied can already be described using the more succinct and accessible phrase "This show sucks now."
